1P series

Marzocchi’s 1P gear pumps offer a complete range of high performance aluminium pumps that cover all the requirements of a unit application and are also suitable for various mobile and industrial applications. Assembly 1 has a flow rate of 1.1 to 8 cm³/rev. The max. operating pressure can reach up to 230 bar, depending on the version. The 1P series is characterised above all by its resistance to vibrations and temperature shocks.

ALP series

The ALP series gear pumps are divided into 4 groups. Each group has different delivery volumes (1.4 to 200 cm3/rev), which are achieved by varying the gears. Various flanges, shafts, suction and pressure connections are available.

In particular, the following versions are available:

  • Reversible direction pumps (option “R”)
  • Pumps with pressure limitation (Option “VM”)

SPECIAL VERSIONS

Versions for special applications are also available:

V: Version for use with high temperature medium. Application range from -10°C to +120°C. Between -10°C to +80°C pressure P1, P2 and P3 is allowed, above this pressure P1 should not be exceeded.

W: Version for use with medium with high temperature. Operating range from -10°C to +150°C with maximum pressure 20 bar.

ST: Version for use with high and low temperature media. Operating range from -40°C to +120°C. Between -10°C to +80°C pressure P1, P2 and P3 is allowed, above this pressure P1 should not be exceeded.

H: Version for use with low temperature medium. Operating range from -40°C to +80°C. Between -10°C to +80°C pressure P1, P2 and P3 is allowed, above this pressure P1 should not be exceeded.

TR: Version for use with suction pressure up to 6 bar.

GHP series

The GHP series has the same characteristics and sizes as the ALP pump family but with extreme reliability for applications with particularly high pressure ranges. In addition, the flexibility of cast iron allows a variety of flanges, covers and connections, making this series ideal for use in mobile applications, agricultural and construction machinery in general.

Micropumps

The Marzocchi micropumps are produced in 2 sizes: 0.25 and 0.5. By varying the gear wheels, the corresponding delivery volume can be achieved. Different flanges, shafts, suction and pressure connections are available.

In particular, the following versions are available:

  • Micropumps for high pressure
  • Reversible direction micropumps
  • Micropumps with check valve
  • Multiple micropumps

Elika series

ELIKA is the solution for all applications that require a low noise level and high efficiency, especially at low speed. Effectively ELIKA reduces the noise level by 15 dBA compared to traditional external gear pumps. The maximum working pressure is similar to that of the GHP series (cast iron/aluminium), thus reaching 300bar. In particular, the toothing profile reduces pressure vibrations and transmits less vibration to the components connected to the pump (hoses, tanks, valves), an advantage for the entire hydraulic system. The elicoidal gearing guarantees constant movement despite the small number of teeth. Again, the small number of teeth significantly reduces the frequencies, resulting in a particularly pleasant noise emission.

The ELIKA pumps are ideally suited for all hydraulic solutions for industrial applications, such as presses, machine tools and testing machines, paper machines, refuse compactors and pumps for lubrication systems. Due to increasingly stringent requirements in the mobile sector, the ELIKA pump is also ideal for applications such as material conveyors, lifting platforms, street cleaning and refuse vehicles. ELIKA also offers an excellent solution for applications such as offshore and shipbuilding up to new energy sources where noise emission is decisive.

Due to the permissible speed range, ELIKA is ideal for applications with variable speed drives. With such systems it is effectively possible to replace a control pump with adjustable displacement with the ELIKA fixed displacement pump and frequency converter with significant cost savings. The use of an ELIKA pump with a speed-controlled drive means significant reduction of noise emission from the overall system, reduction of pulsations, increased comfort for the user in mostly critical and demanding applications.
